During this unprecedented time, we are all adjusting and changing the way we live and do business due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its variants. As a company who provides on-site services, CYM has been challenged to adjust and work around the quickly changing environment, most importantly, keeping our employees and clients safe and healthy. Most of our video and photography services require us to be on site running cameras and equipment, moving about, producing live video, and "working closely" (now a loose term) with our clients.
Due to the nature of our services and to prevent occupational exposure, CYM will adhere to all rules and regulations given to us by OSHO and the CDC regarding our team’s safety and the safety of others on site.
Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19.
The Entire CYM team has received both the COVID-19 vaccine and the first booster. We will receive subsequent boosters as they become available. We will still be required to wear facemasks, practice social distancing, wash our hands regularly, use hand sanitizer, and disinfect our equipment before and after each and every event.
We take this global pandemic and our health very seriously and will remain vigilant in keeping everyone safe and healthy to the best of our ability.
We are passionate about creating a successful event so we want to be sure that everyone is feeling comfortable, relaxed, and focused. If any of our team members encounter a situation where they don’t feel safe, we will inform the client and we will work together to change the situation and produce a safe and healthy environment.
