We’re here for you! We’d want to address any queries or concerns you may have. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to your email. Emails sent Monday through Friday after 5 p.m. MST are answered on the following business day. For example, emails sent between 5 p.m. Sunday and 11:59 p.m. Monday are responded to.

You can return unworn and unwashed merchandise (excluding accessories and final sale items) WITHIN 21 DAYS of your item(s) delivery date. Boho Cowgirl Boutique only offers store credit, no refunds. All returns must be submitted via our returns portal, which can be found on our website.

Thank you for your order! Please review it carefully before submitting, as it cannot be modified after submission. Be sure to double- and triple-check all details for accuracy.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the incorrect address. It is your responsibility to double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If it isn’t, please notify us as soon as possible so we can correct it. We are not responsible once it has departed.

We work hard to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, so please be certain that you want the item before placing your order. We do not process cancellations because our items sell out quickly and our excellent shipping team. Most likely, your order has already been packaged and is ready for shipment.

Allow 3-5 days for your order to arrive. Items are generally delivered within 24-48 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your purchase has been dispatched. Orders may be sent in multiple shipments.

Boho Cowgirl Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do Shipments USPS (American Postal Service) to aid you with questions you may have regarding your shipment’s tracking information.

Boho Cowgirl Boutique is a unique boutique brand that provides a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for our customers. We do not believe in carrying generic items and only sell products we love. In each item’s product description, you will be able to find BCB sizing notes which let you know if an article of clothing runs oversized or true to size, etc. If, after reading the product descriptions, you still have questions regarding sizing, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email at: Alycia.mckee16@gmail.com.

We must be notified of any damaged items within 5 days of you receiving the product. Please include a photo in your email to us. Unfortunately, if we do not hear from you within those initial five days, we will not refund or replace the item for you.

We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, and BCB gift cards. Once your order has been placed, you cannot alter the payment method.

Afterpay requires a minimum order amount of $35. We are not responsible for your payment agreement once you have placed your order using Afterpay.

We do our best to accurately show our products’ colors on this website. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that your monitor will display the colors correctly.

Boho Cowgirl Boutique refunds any purchase for any reason. In addition, BCB has the right to cancel and refund any order at any time.
