We learn techniques such as meditation, mindfulness so we can be healed and guided by the natural hm of life;
also to develop a deeper understanding of your nature, your energy, your purpose, your interests, etc.

Enlightened by nature: If you understand the elements and its qualities, you can use that information and apply it
to your life, your mindset. We are made up of the elements, so in way you are constructing a relationship with a
part of yourself. Which strengthens your core by giving you foundation and knowledge about raw life and how the
universe works as well as a strong sense of self which enables you to navigate through life grounded yet sharp, light on your feet, and confident all while harboring an essence of flow that is unbreakable.

1) Taking control of your reticular activating system (RAS)-

Tell your RAS what you’d like to see in your reality, tell it what you want. Converse back and forth with visualization, strengthen and support your beliefs & actions by using affirmations, be positive (your RAS does not
entertain negativity), believe in yourself.

1. Define your goals- infuse goal with positive emotion
2. Get clear on your beliefs- ensure self-talk is positive
3. Focus on your intentions-place intentions behind every action possible
4. Focus on your interests- no excitement/interest= no RAS activation
5. Focus on your habits- practice what you want to become

Your RAS is a bundle of complex nerves that sits in your brainstem, it regulates behavioral arousal, consciousness & motivation. It is a belief driven, pattern recognizing mechanism. Your RAS acts a filter to your reality controlling what incoming stimulus we focus on, or even notice. If programmed correctly your RAS can highlight anything that will help you achieve your goals, it can even highlight a person on the street you don’t know, replacing and narrowing your focus upon that person flooding your brain with motivation and a plethora of information to go initiate the conversation.
