Azhar is passionate about developing people and promoting diversity of thought and inclusion to achieve outstanding results, particularly helping women in leadership roles. He mentored on the cross-company mentoring program of the 30% Club to boost the number of women in board seats and executive leadership of companies worldwide.

My 30-year journey through the corporate world prepared me to realize my dream of being an executive coach, a mentor, and a teacher. I owe my successful career as a global business executive to many great coaches in my life. I believe everybody needs a coach; unfortunately, this secret is not known to many.

To pursue my passion for developing people, I completed a post-graduate academic certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching at the University of Texas in 2017 and earned credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF).
