We want to make it right! If any of your items arrive damaged, we will happily refund you 100% of your total or evenly exchange the item at no cost to you. Please make sure to notify us in writing to info@lostonpurpose.life within 10 days of delivery.
If you’ve received an incorrect order, we will also make it right by exchanging your order for the correct item(s) within 10 days of delivery. Please email us at info@lostonpurpose.life with your order details.
To replace your item with a different size, we will happily provide an even product exchange within 10 days of delivery minus the shipping costs.
In the event a wrong shipping address was provided and the items were returned to sender, a shipping fee will apply to resend the order.
For all other returns or exchanges, please understand we are a made to order small business boutique and cannot provide refunds at this time. Cancellations of orders will be allowed within 2 hours of the initial order being placed. Please make sure to double check your cart to ensure order accuracy.
