The Poured Collective ships across Canada only and shipping rates will be calculated by weight and destination at check out. We use Canada Post Expedited mail for shipping. Shipping is extra. It is not included in the price of the candle.

Please note that The Poured Collective delivers for free within the Niagara, Ontario region. The Poured Collective is located in the beautiful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON which is one of the premier wine regions in Canada and is a destination for many tourists. We are only 175 kms from London, 114 kms from Kitchener and 125 kms from downtown Toronto. If you would like to save on shipping charges and visit our area, you can choose the “Curbside Pickup” option at checkout.

If the candle you order is in stock, it will be shipped to you in 1-2 business days. If the candle you order is not in stock, The Poured Collective will pour it for you and will ship it within 7 to 10 business days. The additional time allows the candle to cure for the recommended 1 week.

Once you have placed your order on the website, you will receive a confirmation email from The Poured Collective.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

The Poured Collective cannot offer order refunds once the order has been shipped. If there is a problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us so that we can correct the issue.
