Return Policy:

 All product returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt and have prior written approval by Rescue Canada. All shipments must include an acceptable packing list. Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Defective items will be credited and restocking charges will not be included. Custom or special orders are not returnable. Shipping the returned product(s) is at the client’s expense unless product is broken or defective.
