Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation provided that items ordered are in Rescue Canada stock.

Shipping charges are variable and fluctuate at a daily rate from our shipping companies. These rates will be calculated and displayed once the invoice is confirmed.

If you require expedited shipping, that will be offered at a higher charge.

Rescue Canada does not assume any responsibility for the duration of the shipment after the package has left our facility.

In Store Pick-Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick up at 203-8364 Young Road, Chilliwack, BC, V2P4N9. We will send you an email, or will phone you when your order is ready to be picked up, along with pick up instructions.

In Store Pick-Up hours are between 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
